California Judge Studies if Monsanto's Roundup Causes Cancer

Monsanto, inventor of Agent Orange, Nerve Gas, Dioxins and weed spray Roundup is in court again, the charges are serious, it kills people.

A Federal Judge is reviewing claims that Roundup, the world's most used herbicide, caused millions of cases of cancer.

"Cannabis is gaining wide acceptance as an anti-cancer herbal-drug, but that won't be the case if they regulate cultivation and allow chemical sprays, especially Monsanto's chemical warfare ingredients like roundup." - Johnny Rodriguez

In 2015, perhaps in an effort to maintain some form of credibility, Roundup came under intense scrutiny after the big corporation compliant World Health Organization classified it as a "probable human carcinogen". A flurry of lawsuits against Monsanto in US federal and state courts followed.  California has now added glyphosate the list of chemicals known to cause cancer. Now at the Federal level, a Judge ponders again, does glyphosate cause cancer?

Monsanto developed glyphosate in the 1970s, and the weed killer is now sold in more than 160 countries on more than 200 types of crops. Homeowners use it to make their lawns and gardens pristine.  But the world's people are taking Monsanto to court over a myriad of crimes. The latest case is right here in California.

What has Monsanto got to do with Weed?  A lot of weed growers, of all kinds, are using toxic chemical sprays, and especially Monsanto's agents of death.  You have your dumbass, who know nothing and sprays whatever works on the weeds and bugs, and thinks nothing of it.

"What is cool right now, is that no one is buying their BS.  They can bring whatever studies they want and no one believes them.  They've been caught stacking the deck, in most every game they've played.  We know exactly when they're lying, it's when they open their mouths. Game over Monsanto." - Johnny Rodriguez

Then you have your craft old hippy and new wave yoga star, who sneaks in the chemicals through the back door, while plunking on the organic label.  Then you have the so called safe and regulated business, who uses good manufacturing processes, FDA approved, which of course includes hundreds of chemicals that are already banned in many countries, chemicals with low LD50s for mammals, which it only takes a few mg to kill a mouse or fish, chemicals that have literally hundreds of peer reviewed studies that show harmful effects.

At the end of the day, it comes down to integrity and transparency.  It's not about capitalism, and it's not about socialism. It's about battling a mafia.  It's about heart It's about humanity. Do you give a shit about justice or the people?  A good capitalist country would have a lot of people making a lot of money with healthy and intelligent workers getting a share so the whole things chugs along.  A good socialist system would have everyone sharing in the profits of the labor and certainly not spraying themselves to premature death. However, in today's system, its the one percent that dictates most everything on the planet, dictates as in dictatorship.

Hero against Monsanto

With roundup, you have a multitude of issues.  By destroying the soil's natural and friendly fungus, the plant's basic stresses are changed, and the formation of the compounds, the amino acid profile, and its susceptibility to other diseases all changes.  The malformed proteins of GMO and sprayed crops show a wacky amino acid profile, which are assimilated to build defective membrane, enzymes and tissue. Roundup and cancer fetches 68 peer reviewed journals on PubMed, the world's largest online medical journal supplier.

The way it works is the multi billion dollar corporations work in league to lobby, fund and control the regulating agencies throughout the world.  The form of government does not matter, whether it be third world could not give a shit, dictatorships, or so called democracies, where the tail wags the dog, and the wagger is big corp.  It's all about the money, it's all about the power, and it's nothing about you or your health. Don't you think?

In March, 2018,  Christine Sheppard of Oceanside, Calif claimed that the active ingredient weed killer Roundup claims that it causes cancer, as evaluated by international agencies, U.S. and foreign regulators.  Sheppard, is among a contingent that is the propagation, promoter and manufacturer Monsanto,. Christine said she herself had sprayed Roundup for years to control weeds on her Hawaii coffee farm, having been deceived of its dangers.

Now a SanFran federal judge is conducting a review during an unusual set of court hearings that we predict will inevitably convict Monsanto.  However, these guys can sink several billions of dollars into dragging things out in court nearly indefinitely. Their lawyers love it, a war of attrition, which fills their pockets for another decade, while Monsanto keeps on pushing poison into the environment.   The stakes are huge, there are hundreds of local farmers that have also sued Monsanto, and hundreds of thousands worldwide.

U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria is hearing from experts to help decide whether there is valid scientific evidence to support the lawsuits' claim that exposure to Roundup can cause non-Hodgkin's lymphoma among other issues.

Chhabria is presiding the 300 plus lawsuits against Monsanto Co. by cancer victims and their families who present evidence that the company long knew about Roundup's cancer risk but failed to warn the public.   It should be noted that this pesticide company is and was founded as a chemical warfare supplier to the military industrial complex. Monsanto's agent orange was used in not only in Vietnam, but through to the 1980s in Canada, where they were convicted in Gagetown NB, of causing cancer among the residents.  However, the populace learned nothing, for today, the same outfit, the military continues to spray tons of Glyphosate that rains down on the same community. Monsanto is clearly capable of warfare on many levels then, a war on the public and their purse.

The plaintiffs persuade Judge Chhabria, to allow testimony from epidemiologists and doctors.  Of course, right there we have a problem, refusing or hand picking testimonials would be a travesty of justice.  So the process lies in the integrity of the process and the judge. Basically a crooked Judge could cherry pick experts, imagine that say 90% of scientists are against roundup, but you only the 10% for to testify.  When you have a Kangaroo court verdict system like that, then the big guys that own the judiciary will stomp out everyone else. And the lands fall under a mafia corporate dictatorship, which is pretty much what we have now.

Many regulators, of course reject the notion that Monsanto and it's glyphosate are anything but 100% ethical and safe.  Again the issue is the regulators are paid, educated or motivated in a large part by the chemical industry. They in effect are the problem that is being addressed along with the Judges look at Monsanto.

Monsanto's track record speaks for itself, if you listen.

What would be a more interesting charge, is that regulators, suppliers and Monsanto representatives, scientists, who know that roundup causes cancer, but continue to sell it, should face charges of manslaughter.

The plaintiff's' first witness was Beate Ritz, an epidemiologist at UCLA who is an expert on the effects of pesticide exposure. She explained there is a higher risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma for people exposed to glyphosate-based formulations.  Chhabria will not determine if the cancer connection exists, but whether the claim is widely validated in the scientific community.

Recently the search engines who sponsor political candidates, radically changed their algorithm to boost their customers and friends to the top.  Yes, their executives with their billions are to be found on the same 400 ft yacht in the Mediterranean doing "business" together with the rest of the Fortune 500.   So, they can cherry pick the data, and move all the naysayers to the bottom, and put their people on top. This is true of Wikipedia, whenever there is an agenda and a buck to be made, there are teams of authors that gang up and ok content that fits the agenda, while booting out altruistic nerds who contribute the best material.  And so the corruption game goes on.

  • Toxicology Consultant (big corp)

  • Marilyn Aardema Consulting (corruptor)

  • Private Consultant  (directly to Monsanto)

  • Pathology, Medical College (grants to Med School by Monsanto click)

As the war of attrition goes along, the researchers have a way out to maintain their "credibility".  Right now, no one is in the mood to buy their "peer reviewed BS". So their reports in the coming years will say, there is contradictory evidence, then their is some evidence that glyphosate may cause cancer, and finally to say, to be on the safe side, to protect families and the children, we will not use glyphosate in certain cases.  So they have an out. And Monsanto will have another 10 years full go at completely contaminating the food chain.

Realize that when they ban glyphosate in the US, another perhaps more diabolical chemical agent will be approved, with the label, glyphosate free, just like they did the bisphenol A.  The substitute used by the Chinese, and allowed by the US FDA, was more toxic than the original contaminant. And on the BPA front, this chemical is still a mainstay of the US food industry, despite that they lost the scientific battle 100% that it causes cancer throughout the reproductive systems of both men and women.  On other words, the sterilization process of Americans is in full force, and on a number of fronts. You decide if this situation is by design,a conspiracy, or just greed and stupidity maxing out.

"It's game over for the plaintiffs if they can't get over this hurdle," said David Levine, University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

We say it's game over if the law is enforced and the judiciary is unbiased and intelligent.

Monsanto charges should be, crimes against humanity, bribery, manslaughter, anti-trust, you name it, and a million times over.  Probably the Monsanto executives are not shaking in their boots, due to the fact, they've had their things their way forever.

They done it all, nerve gas, agent orange, DDT, GMOs, Dioxins, PCBs, what more do you want?  It is such a great idea to have those kind of scientists working to save people by manufacturing friendly killing agents for the benefit of mankind.  After all, people that manufacture things to kill people by the millions are obviously the right personnel to save the planet. Repeat, by the millions, as seen in Nam, as seen in Cambodia, as seen in India.

It's easy to grow weed without Monsanto, if you know how.

These masterminds also produce seed, genetically modified, so that they really can't survive in nature if you don't use Monsanto pesticides to fight off pests that would otherwise eat up these pussy Frankenstein organisms.  Meanwhile, GMOs have been shown to make strange proteins that, upon absorption, mess up the consumer genetics, and even render animals sterile in animal studies.

Christine Sheppard, 68, is among those suing Monsanto.   She sprayed Roundup for years to control weeds on her Hawaii coffee farm and in 2003, she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and her doctor give her six months to live. Now, she is in remission, but has severe pain in her hands and legs from her cancer treatment and has a devastated immune system. She blames the Roundup.

"The thing that really gets to me right now is when I walk into Home Depot and places like that and see Roundup still for sale, still advertised as the best thing people can use." - Sheppard

Monsanto has attacked the charges brought by the international research agencies, and in an effort to discredit them, called them an outlier, when the reality is that they're being sued and challenged in nearly every country on the planet.   The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says glyphosate is safe for humans when used in accordance with label directions, but this goes against the findings of dozens of other countries. . A draft report by one agency last year concluded the herbicide is not likely to be carcinogenic to humans, and quotes several scientists and a 2017 National Institute of Health survey.  However, these types of pro-monsanto scientist are increasingly taken to task, as evident in this case.

"There are more than 800 published studies — scientific, medical and peer-reviewed — which demonstrate that glyphosate is safe and there is no association whatsoever with any form of cancer," - Scott Partridge, vice president of strategy at Monsanto.

So this is what the people are up against.  A 50 billion dollar company with the backing of several other one hundred billion dollar companies, paying directly or indirectly scores of scientists to perform research on the safety of its products.

"You can just do a literature search and find many, many peer-reviewed, published articles concluding that glyphosate exposure increases the risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma," - Plaintiff lawyer

Now that the search engines and Wikipedia have been playing the facts, it makes the battle that much easier.  Monsanto is a bad word, worse than a million fucks. At the end of the day, if the people can't stand up to the people that are literally poisoning them to death, don't  they deserve to go the way of the dinosaur?"

MMJDOCTORONLINE NOTES:  In California, Monsanto Glyphosate was found to cause cancer.  And medical doctors may recommend cannabis to assist in the treatment of cancer.   Hopefully your conditions and symptoms are not as severe as cancer, and patients can also receive a cannabis 420 recommendation for insomnia, pain, anxiety and other common disorders.  The advantages of having a California doctors recommendation is that patients pay up to $80 less per ounce, and have access to the strongest strains and concentrates that might not be available to recreational users at dispensaries, cannabis clubs, online delivery services and other points of legal access.
